Tracy Maury Meloy is Bellevue’s Community Volunteer of the Year

As most of you know, our progress as Eastside Pathways has been possible in part because of the substantial contributions of time and talent of our many volunteers. We are extremely pleased to announce that Tracy Maury Meloy has been recognized by the City of Bellevue as the Bellevue Community Volunteer of the Year!

Tracy has been a vital contributor to the progress Eastside Pathways has made over the past year.  She has helped at every step of the way, most critically in leading the work around goal, indicator and metric definition, along with managing our web presence, acting as board secretary and general scribe nonpareil and being our go-to resource for most education-related topics.   Tracy’s experience within the Bellevue School District (as a teacher, a principal and last year in charge of Title I and LAP schools), as well as her tremendous energy and range of skills, has made her an invaluable contributor to the Eastside Pathways effort.

Her nomination was strengthened by the endorsement of over fifteen individuals representing eleven Eastside Pathways partners.  Please join us in congratulating Tracy in her well-deserved recognition!

The award will be presented by the Bellevue City Council on May 7 at 8pm.
