We can’t wait to see you there!  \nWhen: September 20\, 2024\, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM  \nLocation: Cascade Pizza Co-Bellevue \nAudience: \n\nAnyone interested in learning about Scale and Sustain  \n\n\nPartners in the work (5 Current Strategies housed within Scale & Sustain) \n\n\nAll Eastside Pathways Partners \n\nResults:  \n\nRelationship Building \n\n\nInformation gathering- new development of work \n\n\nFamiliarizing partners with Scale & Sustain \n\nWhat is Scale and Sustain?  \nScale and Sustain is a new area of work that supports the adoption and implementation of strategies developed and tested either within/outside Eastside Pathways Collaborative Action Networks by Partners for ensuring sustained systemic action towards improved outcomes for our children\, youth\, and young adults.   \nWhile Collaborative Action Networks focus on developing and testing strategies for a focus population over a period of time\, Scale & Sustain ensures that targeted strategies backed by data as effective for improving outcomes are available to organizations and community for adoption and implementation.
