If you are interested in collaborating and using the collective impact model to create system changes within the community when talking about youth mental health. If you work in the East King County community to ensure that there are equitable pathways for youth in their mental health journey. This includes Community Members\, Nonprofit Organizations\, Educators\, Business Leaders\,  Government Officials\, Students\,  Anyone dedicated to promoting  equity and ensuring equal opportunities for youth in high school and beyond.\n\nThe Mental Health and Well-Being CAN is committed to improving the mental health and well-being of youth from birth to age 26 in East King County\, focusing on those furthest from justice. Using collective impact and data-driven strategies\, we will create a unified approach to address the mental health needs of young people.

This will include high school\, post-secondary enrollment\, post-secondary completion\, and career pathways. By focusing on the youth who are furthest from justice\, the CAN will examine relevant indicators and develop effective strategies to turn theoretical equitable outcomes into tangible results.
