2018 Year-End Fund Drive

Dec 11, 2018 | News, News 2018

Thanks to you, more than 70 public, private, and nonprofit organizations are participating and engaging in the Eastside Pathways Partnership to improve student level outcomes. On behalf of the partnership, thank you for your financial support for helping make the work happen.

One example which happened in the past year with your support is that we helped connect 90 high school youth of color with 26 professionals of color in four Pizza-with-a-Purpose events. For many youth, having a mentor that share the same racial experience in and outside of school is a safety net. These mentors serve as a confidant, advisor, and anchor to guide the youth through their personal academic and career journey. Without your help, these youth would not have had this level of authentic engagement.

Every day, your financial support makes stories like this possible.

We’ve launched our 2018 Year-End Campaign. Our goal is to continue the work so all children from cradle to career can benefit. Even though we’ve made strides, there are persistent opportunity and equity gaps in our community.

That is why our goal for this campaign is to raise $50,000 by December 31st. If we raise that amount, we will be able to provide special offering such as Pizza-with-a Purpose, fund the work of the collaboratives, continue alignment of partner organizations, ensure collection and connection of student-level data, and support the partnership with research, communication, and facilitation that will propel the work forward.

Would you be willing to make a special year-end donation of $50, $100, or any meaningful amount for you to help us meet our goal? Your support will further improve the way our community work together so that we can all achieve better outcomes for all children and youth?

Your support will make a real, lasting impact to those in need in our Eastside community. Please, click here to make your donation now.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership.

Sincerely,

Stephanie Cherrington
