Scale & Sustain

Across our network, partners are developing and implementing strategies that are showing evidence of better outcomes for children, youth, and families. Scale & Sustain is how Eastside Pathways helps those strategies grow, strengthen, and last.

We bring partners together around what is working and provide the backbone support needed to take promising strategies further, including coordination, pass-through funding, continuous communication, shared measurement, and advocacy.

Some strategies were co-developed through our Collaborative Action Networks. Others were developed by partners and brought into Scale & Sustain because their results demonstrate potential for broader adoption. In both cases, our role is the same: help evidence-backed strategies move from isolated success toward lasting systems change.

    Mental Health Assistance Team

    WHY SCALE & SUSTAIN?

A good idea shouldn’t disappear when a grant ends.

Across East King County, organizations are testing approaches that are helping children, youth, and families thrive. But even effective strategies can remain isolated, struggle for sustainable funding, or disappear when leadership or resources change.

Scale & Sustain provides the connective infrastructure to help partners learn from the evidence, strengthen implementation, secure resources, advocate for support, and bring successful approaches to more young people.
