This event will shed light on the structural barriers in human services that disproportionately affect marginalized communities in East King County. These barriers intersect with race, socioeconomic status, and disability, creating a complex web of challenges that hinder access to essential services.

12:00 – 12:30 PM: Boxed lunches and check-in
12:30 – 1:30 PM: Panel Q&A
1:30 – 3:00 PM: Facilitated discussion with actionable guidance for systemic change
3:30 – 4:00 PM: Break
4:00 – 5:00 PM: Round table action teams with roving support, fostering collaboration among community members, nonprofits, board members, and those with lived experience. This will be a safe and comfortable space for sharing concerns and experiences as equals.
