Ages & Stages Meetings are collaborative gatherings organized by Eastside Pathways to engage community members, organizations, and service providers in addressing the unique needs and challenges of children and youth at different stages of development. These meetings provide a platform for stakeholders to come together, share resources, and learn from one another as they work toward improving outcomes for young people in East King County.
Key features of an Ages & Stages Meeting:
Collaboration: These meetings bring together a diverse range of participants, including educators, social service providers, community leaders, and families, to discuss effective strategies and share insights on supporting children and youth.
Learning Opportunities: Participants are given the chance to explore current challenges, evidence-based practices, and innovative solutions for addressing the needs of children and youth at various developmental stages.
Action-Oriented: The meetings often lead to the development or refinement of Collaborative Action Networks (CANs) that focus on specific age groups or stages of development, ensuring that interventions are targeted and effective.
By creating a space for open dialogue and shared action, Ages & Stages Meetings are a vital component of Eastside Pathways’ commitment to empowering community leaders and fostering systems that support the success and well-being of every child, youth, and young adult.
