Leadership Council
The Leadership Council is dedicated to championing the collective commitment of all partner types, leveraging informal authority to advocate on behalf of our youth from cradle to career to change systems intergenerationally. We prioritize community level needs, offer strategic guidance for Eastside Pathways mission and vision and use formal authority to advance shared goals for East King County youth, especially those furthest from justice.
Leadership Council is an intergenerational council, comprised of 9 members of the community that embody a commitment to the work, have lived expertise that makes the Leadership Council better for it, uses a growth mindset and knows that there is value in taking the time necessary to learn.
