Our POC-Only Monthly Affinity Space is a warm, welcoming drop‑in community created by and for people of color—and intentionally designed as a strategy to address the isolation many leaders of color experience while working in East King County. As a no‑barrier benefit of being an Eastside Pathways partner, this space offers a supportive environment where leaders, practitioners, and community members of color can connect, reflect, and recharge.
Each month, we gather to share experiences, build meaningful relationships, and strengthen our collective well‑being. Whether you join to listen, speak, learn, or simply be held in community, this is a place to feel seen, valued, and supported.
Come as you are—your presence enriches the space, and you are always welcome here.
