This strategic planning series is designed around a simple belief: the work of the partnership should be determined by the community and partners who make up the Network of Care. Together, we will identify priorities, explore emerging challenges, and develop a shared roadmap for improving outcomes for youth across East King County.

Participants will engage in collaborative planning sessions, conversations with regional leaders, hands-on co-development activities, and cross-sector networking opportunities.

Eastside Pathways’ role is to facilitate the process, strengthen connections, and help operationalize the collective vision through collaboration networks, capacity building, relationship development, and implementation support.
