The Eastside Pathways Community Report shares the progress, learning, and collective action of partners working together to improve outcomes for children and youth from cradle to career across East King County. Our 10th edition offers partners and community members a tangible record of the work: a resource to share with colleagues, boards, funders, families, and other community leaders as a proof point of what collective action can make possible.
Alongside the Community Report, our first Early Learning Guide brings community experience and family voice into a practical resource designed to inform conversations, strengthen understanding, and empower others to act.

2026 Annual Community Report
Our 11th Community Report marks a special milestone: 15 years of Eastside Pathways and the collective action of our community. Inside, you’ll find community stories, data and insights, and leadership tools that reflect what we are learning, where we are making progress, and where our work must continue. More than a look back, this anniversary edition is a resource to share the impact, spark conversation, and equip more people to take part in building a stronger Network of Care for children and youth.
Dear Reader,
This has been a year of transition for both the Eastside Pathways Partnership, and the entire collective impact sector. Locally, many of our peer organizations have pivoted, reduced staff or closed their doors completely. Moving forward, these moments are defined by how we, as a community, lift one another up, share resources and continue to weave a collective quilt of support for those age 0-26 in East King County. We recognize many of our focus populations are navigating a system with fewer resources while also being the target of aggressive federal government actions. This collective impact work is deeply relational, and for those relationships to thrive in a shifting landscape, our East King County community needs to lean on one another during these challenging conditions. At Eastside Pathways we remain committed to our mission and our community.
The work in this 2026 Community Report honors the strength of collective action, reflects on pivots to achieve our stated goals in a new context, and how we are aligning as a Partnership to show up for the community.
We wrote the following message last year and it’s just as, if not even truer, this year, “This report uses the term “we” when describing the Eastside Pathways’ champions of the work, strategies, and knowledge of the collective efforts to improve outcomes from cradle to career. If you are reading this, we invite you to enter, return, or continue being a part of that “we” – you are necessary for the change we seek.”

Dear Reader,
In years past, the Eastside Pathways Partnership and its partners have had to come together, step up, and stand strong for the East King County community. Whether outwardly joining the ongoing fight for racial and social justice, addressing the devastating effects of the COVID-19 pandemic or internally navigating leadership transitions, the Partnership has remained engaged and focused on young people and broader community.
At the current writing, the greater East King County community is wrestling with the effects of political and legislative decisions made at every level of government – federal, state, and local.
