Big thanks to Best Starts for Kids for awarding the Eastside Pathways Partnership the Innovation Fund grant supporting parents and children in the LatinX community in East King County.
We are thrilled at this opportunity to build and implement new or adapted approaches to support the health and well-being of pregnant individuals, children aged zero to five and their families, services providers, and communities.
We’re thankful to all of our School Readiness collaborative partners and in particular to NISO Programs and the Promotores, Bellevue School District and Kindering for serving on the planning team for the initial six months of this important work!
