What is Scale and Sustain? 

Scale and Sustain is a new area of work that supports the adoption and implementation of strategies developed and tested either within/outside Eastside Pathways Collaborative Action Networks by Partners for ensuring sustained systemic action towards improved outcomes for our children, youth, and young adults.  

While Collaborative Action Networks focus on developing and testing strategies for a focus population over a period of time, Scale & Sustain ensures that targeted strategies backed by data as effective for improving outcomes are available to organizations and community for adoption and implementation. This promotes a culture of accountability on systems to holistically support the thrival of every child, youth, and young adult in East King County.
