Collaborative Action Networks
Collaborative Action Networks (CANs) are groups of Eastside Pathways partners, organizations and individuals, who are committed to working together to co-develop and see through the desired change in our community.
2024-2026 Collaborative Action Networks
Early Learning
The Early Learning CAN brings together passionate community members, educators, and systems leaders committed to ensuring every child in East King County gets the strong start they deserve. From cradle to career, we work together to co-create equitable, sustainable solutions that nurture young learners and support the adults who care for them.
High School & Beyond
The High School and Beyond CAN is where education, workforce, and community intersect to remove barriers and create pathways for all students—especially those furthest from opportunity. Together, we align efforts across sectors to ensure young people are equipped, empowered, and ready for life after high school.
Racial Equity
The Racial Equity CAN is a brave and strategic space where partners work side by side to confront injustice, elevate community wisdom, and reimagine systems that center on belonging, dignity, and liberation. Grounded in truth, healing, and intergenerational change, this CAN drives action that challenges systemic racism and builds power with those most impacted.
Well-being & Mental Health
The Well-being & Mental Health CAN centers on the mental and emotional health of marginalized youth across East King County. By uplifting culturally responsive care, trauma-informed practices, and community-rooted solutions, we work to dismantle stigma and increase access to healing.
