Dear Reader,

The past year saw the Eastside Pathways Partnership embark on a mission to build on previous work and transition our approach to collective and collaborative work. Additionally, we welcomed a new Executive Director and strengthened our team, adding three dynamic professionals of color to Eastside Pathways Staff. Their diverse perspectives and experiences enhance our ability to serve all communities.

As the Eastside Pathways Partnership’s Strategic Plan entered its final year in 2023, we (the Eastside Pathways Staff) led the Partnership in thinking through a broad new vision for the future and what the milestones towards those goals might be. This series of Success Plan meetings hosted in the last half of 2023 engaged our community, organizational, and philanthropic partners in reaffirming the mission and determining the measures and goals for the Partnership for 2024–2026. Thank you to all those who contributed to the success of this work!

As we expand and invite a broader spectrum of the community, it is more important than ever to align our behaviors with our stated values. Namely, disrupting hate and oppression, embodying collective hope, prioritizing communities farthest from justice, and fostering meaningful relationships in our commitment to DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging).

In this report, we are proud to share the highlights from the community, the partners, and the Partnership over the course of 2023 as well as the changes we will undergo and the outcomes we will accomplish in 2024.
