Councils

A council within the Partnership comprises teams of subject matter experts drawn from partner organizations. These experts specialize in various areas such as data analysis, racial equity, leadership, communication, and more. Their primary role is to provide consultation and guidance to enhance the overall vision and direction of the Partnership. Additionally, they work to expedite the progress of Collaborative Action Networks and Scale and Sustain Strategies through their specialized expertise and support.

Data Council

Active since 2015

A group of individuals from partner organizations with demonstrated experience or expertise in measurement, evaluation, data analysis, data science, or continuous improvement whose responsibilities include: 

  • Sustain and improve Eastside Pathways’s data practices
  • Refine specific time-bound and targeted indicators of success for Eastside Pathways and our partner organizations. 
  • Gathering and analyzing data at various levels including population, system, schools, and community. This data analysis informs the strategic direction of the Partnership’s Collaborative Action Network.

Leadership Council

Active since 2023

The Leadership Council is comprised of representatives from all partner types. The Council holds both informal authority as advocates for community-level priorities and formal authority on behalf of the collective work of the partnership. The Leadership Council plays a central role in co-developing information pathways, decision-making rules, and nurturing relationships.

Racial Equity Council

Active since 2014

A group of dedicated partners focused on building and increasing consciousness of racial equity in the collective work and spaces of the Eastside Pathways Partnership. 

Youth Council- Summer Only

Active since 2023

A collaborative group of young people in the East King County area intentionally taking time to reflect, provide feedback, and shape the work of the Partnership – especially as they are the focus population.
