2026 Outcome Data Dashboards
Eastside Pathways believes data is a broad tool to highlight successes and celebrate them and also illuminate inequities and inform decisions to address them. Below you will find data on academic outcomes, population demographics and other factors impacting the wellness of the East King County community. Please use these data to learn, make decisions and equip yourself with the knowledge to build a different future.

For more than fifteen years, we’ve worked alongside collective impact initiatives—helping partners align around shared goals, build cross‑sector tables, and pursue long‑term outcomes that matter. Again and again, one challenge persists:
We generate a lot of activity, but we lack the shared tools to rigorously understand which strategies are actually shifting conditions—and which ones aren’t.
Important outcomes like economic mobility, health, and educational attainment move slowly. Change happens across multiple interacting pathways—policy, programs, relationships, and lived experience. And too often, the data needed to make sense of that complexity remains siloed.
Data Platform Built for Systems Change
No‑barrier access to data is central to how we empower community, organizational, and philanthropic leaders across our region.
Grounded in our values of equity, empowerment, and data‑driven decision‑making, this dashboard exists to help systems see themselves more clearly—and act more effectively.
What Better Data Makes Possible
This dashboard strengthens the system’s ability to learn, adapt, and improve by bringing together data from street to satellite—from lived experience and frontline indicators to population‑level outcomes.
With stronger, integrated data capacity, partners can:
-
Refine strategies with discipline
Identify early signals of change and adjust course before years pass. -
Focus resources where momentum is building
See which pathways are gaining traction and concentrate investments accordingly. -
Retire strategies that aren’t contributing
Move beyond intuition or legacy commitments toward evidence‑informed decisions. -
Understand not just what’s changing, but why
Reveal how policies, programs, and community conditions interact to shape outcome.
A System That Can See Itself
No single organization can do this alone. But together, with shared access to meaningful data, we can build a system that sees itself, learns from itself, and makes better decisions over time.
This dashboard is one piece of that shared foundation—created to support collective learning, smarter investment, and lasting change.
