The Eastside Pathways Equity Pledge is our committment to reducing harm and addressing inequities within our community. Signing the pledge is a pre-requisite to participation in the Racial Equity CAN.
The Partnership is data-driven and committed to continuous improvement.

Across the Cradle-to-Career continuum, we track many indicators as evidence of the Partnership’s work across sectors and organizations to shape systems change.
A few of the outcome measures we use are the research-backed milestones of kindergarten readiness, 3rd grade reading, and high school graduation.
