The 2018 Cradle to Career Network Convening by StriveTogether in Seattle saw more than 500 people “come together, united in their belief that our kids deserve better and that to go far for them, we must go together.”
The annual convening is a huge opportunity to share the work being done by organizations across the nation. This year’s theme, “Go far, go together: Uniting in pursuit of equity for every child,” leaned into our collective commitment to ensure better outcomes for all kids, cradle to career.
Eastside Pathways, one of the three Seattle hosts, had one of the largest contingents with more than 25 staff, board members, and partners. We also presented our Promotores project to share our work in developing and working with leaders (Promotores) in the Latino/Hispanic community to expand opportunities for education, employment and professional development.
