The Backbone, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supports the Partnership. It is managed by a small staff and community volunteers.
The Backbone mobilizes community members and organizations to support every child, youth, and young adult, step by step, from cradle to career.
The Backbone works alongside Partners to provide:
convening and facilitation support
data support
communications and outreach

Strengthening the Backbone and reinforcing the partner framework to ensure a collective impact
Collaboration
Convening and faciltating the Partnership’s work to improve outcomes for children through programs/events

Instituting equity in all our work and exploring expansion in East King County across the broader Eastside
