Shaping Community Action Networks
We are thrilled to extend to you an invitation to participate in a dynamic and consequential three-part Ages & Stages meeting series. These gatherings hold significant importance as we commence a voyage aimed at establishing targets, addressing community needs, and identifying the collaborative action networks. The decisions made during this series will be focal points of the partnership for the next 20 months.
Meeting Series Overview:
Meeting 1
Date: March 4th, 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Bellevue School District ESC West, Room #206

Purpose and Agenda Highlights:
- Honorable closure for the last 2020-2023 CAN cycle.
- Isolate 4-6 outcome areas for the 2024-2025 CAN cycle.
- Review the person/role/system framework and the 2024-2026 success plan.
Meeting 2
Date: March 15th, 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Lake Washington School District (Board Room)

Purpose and Agenda Highlights:
- Collaborate on common interests and aligned actions for the partnership.
- Learn about future involvement opportunities.
- Co-development of working agreements.
- Reintroduction to EP (new branding and practices).

Date: April 1st, 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Bellevue School District ESC West, Room #206

- 2024 Community Report.
- Workshop on capacity building.
- Review upcoming involvement opportunities.
- Collaborative CAN building and agreements.
Your participation in these meetings is invaluable as we collectively strive to improve outcomes intergenerationally. Attendance is required to provide real-time input in deciding CANs for the upcoming cycle.
Furthermore, we will provide meeting summaries after each session, which will be posted on the blog page of our website. This will allow you to catch up on what was covered and stay informed.
