Benchmark of Quality (BoQ)
Building of the BoQ
Diverse group of stakeholders (school districts, in and out of school Providers, youth and families) were convened to collaboratively build a self- evaluation framework called the Benchmark of Quality that will support in and out of school Providers assess the efficacy and quality of their programs while centering equity and the social emotional well-being of the youth they serve.

Implementation of the BoQ
In this phase, EP Partners are participating in Small Test of Change (STC) cycles 101 and 201. Partners adopt the BoQ to self-evaluate a program that they offer high-school youth. In STC 101, partners have an opportunity to use the BoQ to do current state analysis of their program and in STC 201, partners engage their youth to build an action plan to build strategies/solutions and execute on them to continue what’s working and bridge the gaps that have been elevated through 101.
