For 15 years, Eastside Pathways has brought together partners, families, educators, and community leaders who believe that when we work collectively, we can create a brighter future for every young person in East King County. This anniversary is not only a milestone—it is a moment to honor the early adopters, investors, and champions who shaped this movement and continued to walk alongside us.

Why This Work Matters
Across Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Bothell, Kenmore, Woodinville, Sammamish, Issaquah, and Mercer Island, nearly 80 partners form a vibrant Network of Care supporting 83,000 young people. Our school district partners—Bellevue, Lake Washington, and Northshore—along with their foundations, play a critical role in helping students thrive. Our higher education partners, Lake Washington Institute of Technology and Bellevue College, deepen our cradle-to-career continuum.
Collective impact is powerful because no single organization, leader, or system can meet all needs alone. Our backbone structure holds the work together—coordinating efforts, aligning strategies, and ensuring continuity during times of change. Your support keeps this coordination strong.
