Strategic Plan 2020-2023
In October, 2019 the Eastside Pathways Board of Directors approved our 2020 – 2023 Strategic Plan. The plan calls for all collective and internal work to have racial equity at the center and to actively engage those who are impacted in diagnosing and developing solutions.

Four Key Capacities
Eastside Pathways has identified four key capacities we will use to facilitate our work of diagnosing roadblocks for children and permanently eliminating them through changing policies, practices and procedures in our Partnership. They are: Collective Impact, Adaptive Leadership, Equitable Results Series, and Racial Equity.
