Adaptive Leadership
Adaptive Leadership is a practice for helping mobilize members of an organization or community to adapt to significant change. It emphasizes the importance of adaptation to a complex and rapidly changing environment and focuses on creating the circumstances for good leadership and
problem solving.
Racial Equity
Racial Equity requires ongoing action to become more conscious of the personal, interpersonal, institutional, and structural forms of racism. As well as developing, testing, and implementing adaptions and interventions to dismantle the impacts of racism – reducing harm and
increasing equity.
Equitable Results
The Equitable Results framework provides a clear sequencing of practices from reviewing data to isolate a focus population, exploring the contributing factors, establishing relationships to deepen the adaptive understanding, to developing and testing adaptive strategies.
Collaborative Action Networks
Collaborative Action Networks (CANs) are groupings of Eastside Pathways partners, organizations and individuals, who are committed to working together to co-develop, using the ERS framework, to see through the desired change in our community. The stakeholder composition ensures balanced perspectives and builds the trusted relationships necessary to navigate adaptive work.
